I have never been to a physio therapy before so I can’t really benchmark against other places. This place came recommended from two friends.The overall atmosphere is that of friendly and helpful people, from the receptionist to the therapist. The super nice and effective Indian therapist is a gem. She has listened to my concerns, massaged the painful spot with some fancy machine and provided exercises. It was effective and my back no longer hurts.

Absolutely brilliant. I had terrible neck pain last week and by the end of the first appointment with Santha she managed to isolate the problem, educate me on what had happened, what exercises I needed to do to prevent it happening again and best of all she made it so much better! One more session later and my problem has completely resolved. Santha was very thorough and knowledgable and I would recommend her to anyone.

I am so thankful I found this PT centre!Currently I am 3 weeks into rehabbing my repaired medial meniscus in my knee.The team here at Southgate has been spectacular, every time I come they treat me like a celebrity with hands on approach to everything.Therapist has created an amazing environment that I thoroughly enjoy spending time at.Everyday I leave Core I make improvements to my knee!I would recommend Core to everyone I know!
